With more than 30 years of full-service janitorial services experience, SSAI has 87 motivated and skilled employees managing in excess of 3M square feet annually.
SSAI offers client-specific services that are efficient, reliable, scalable, environmentally friendly, and incorporate industry best practices instituted in response to COVID-19, ensuring the safety of our employees and our clients’ facilities and occupants. The firm has the capability to provide individual services or meet the need for integrated services as a single source solution. Our janitorial program provides security protocols, superior on-site service, effective project management, dynamic supervision and monitoring procedures, product technology, application expertise, process knowledge, cost control, and consistent communication for seamless continuity in service.
Our managerial and cleaning staff are professionally trained and certified in OSHA Compliance and Bloodborne Pathogens, Lead Abatement and Awareness, Green Cleaning, and Floor Care and Maintenance. Additionally, our staff attend regularly scheduled annual refresher training to maintain certifications and keep abreast of industry best practices.
SSAI provides comprehensive janitorial and lead abatement services performed by certified industry professionals and trained cleaning crews based on the unique needs of our clients for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and/or annual cleaning, sanitation, waste management, and maintenance.

We use registered and labeled EPA approved hospital-grade cleaners and disinfectants to clean HIV infected prisoners, staph, tuberculosis and 99 percent of the highly infectious, contagious and communicable disease known.

In addition, upon request, SSAI provides deep cleaning for ambulances and fire trucks using EPA-approved hospital-grade disinfectants.
